:: Dating Advice - 2 :: (Re-published)

As promised... Here goes the guy part:

Don't worry, there are women you should be looking out for too. ALright, Like women that dress like damn sluts, you dont want to be affiliated with. If you can see more clevage than a plumbers ass don't get involved, it's just going to cause problems when you decide to become possessive and domineering over their life.

Also watch out for women that wear expensive jewelry. You know, the kind of bitch that has 15 different kinds of rings on each finger.

Women who have their own name tatooed on their own body. It's just stupid. Like are they really THAT stupid that they wake up in the morning and say "Oh my god! What's my name?" and they have to look at their ass in the mirror to find out who they are, "Oh that's right, I'm Amy." give me a break! You don't want to deal with women who doesn't know who they are.

Oh, and here is a good test when your window shopping, if they pull you by your arm to a jewelry window, smash their hand into the window and run because you don't want to deal with some money hungry bitch. (hahaha!!!.. just a suggestion.. think of it... it'll be funny!!)

My only pieice of advice to have a sound relationship is to leave each other alone. Don't be overly concerned. Don't try to dominate them, Let them be independent. Let them do what they want. You think you people can understand that? but yeah, there are some reasons to be suspicious. Like if your girl friend walks in the room with a condom on her head then you know you may want to ask a few questions... but other than that try to trust the individual. If it doesn't work out, you know what? Fuck them! Let them drop dead from some weird desease. And die.

You're better than that and you don't have to validate yourself through another person's life. Every individual is an island and can be an island. You do not need a signifacant other to live life. So stop seeking something that isn't there and move on.

:: Dating Advice - 1 :: (Re-vised)

Okay time for Dating Advice for the girls 101..

Alright you women out there, listen closly. These guys you should look out for, the type of guy who is driving around listening to dance music like Lemon Tree and stupid dumbass songs from some CantoPop (mixed-and-remixed) that no body gives a shit about.

Y'know they turn it up really loud to get your attention while driving by, windows winded down as if your going to throw yourself on top of the car and start pounding on the windshield and say "Oh, I love you because your playing Lemon Tree!" Yeah okay.. what the fuck.. What you do is, aim for the tires and fucking blow those shits out and then he will crash into a telephone pole.

Watch out for those guys who come over on the weekend and all they do is watch football and then every five minutes they say "Hey babe, can you get me a beer from the fridge?" Fuck that shit! Tell that fat bastard to get up and get it himself.

If he gives you a response like "well, I work all week" Well, you know what? I'm sure most of you women out there work all week and have to take care of a child. Tell this fat bastard to get up and get his own beer. Tell him it's the least you can do since you've been carrying a child around in your stomach for nine months.

And at the end of it.. which at times can't be helped..

Guys who stalk their ex-girlfriend particularly piss me off, what the fuck is wrong with these people? Don't you have better things to do with your life than be emotionally attached to someone who hates your guts? Do something with your life, find a hobby. You know... geez... do you know how many video games are out there that you could be playing? At the very least shoot yourself (in a joking tone). Get yourself out of society, nobody wants to deal with a stalker.

to be continued... for the guys

:: A Sunday Evening ::

Just got back home.. no one's in.. bored.. Reminiscing on what happened the whole of last week.. Well, nothing interesting really..Then movin' on to read some blogs and then some mails..

Suddenly there's a spark in my head after reading some blogs.. so here I am, writing my 2cents away whilst listening to Digitally Imported web-radio on my iTunes. Something I wanna share with everyone on how I view this mysterious thingy called "Life"

Ever wonder why we are here in this world? What function(s) (some of us only have singular.. nah.. not worth mentioning.. ) do we play?.. I use to ask myself this.. then somehow by chance or whatever reason, I found enlightment (well.. sorta..) This is an explanation to myself anyway.. here goes:

We're here (in this world) to provide happiness and accomodation to people that we know. Not so much about ourselves, more towards what we can/willing to do to others that matters.

Agree? I dunno why, but this explanation that mysteriously appeared in my thought justified all my question about why we're here on earth and why we should be.

:: Bon Odori ::

This is the day.. where families and friends gather around to celebrate the Japan Ghost Festival a.k.a. Bon Odori in M'sia @ Matsushita Stadium, Shah Alam..

Albeit "it's" (the celebration of this festival) presence in Malaysia for more 29 years, many still doesn't know it's existance. How come eh?..

Anyway, this is my third time attending this event, the last one I was at was probably 6years ago.. Many of my friends who knows bout this thingy-machingy stop attending after they left high-school..

It's normally a school initiative for the students to attend something as cultural as this.. Thus, there're many many many kids around the stadium that evening. I actually felt old.. and was telling Jia-Li who was with me "I think the average age in this place is 10years old"...

As far as I see this opens up an opportunity for them schooling-kids to meet the opposite sex.. Eye-candy event for both sexes. This explain the un-explainable dressing "costumes" and make-ups I see that evening.. It's even more extreme than those you see in clubs.. I kid you not!

Anyways, this event is held annually on mid of month July this time it was on the 16th... Here's some of the photos...

Gather around now boys n gals.. Hey!! Where's Wally?

Hey.. I think we're in Japan..

Other than some really colourful drum performances and dances.. its' quite amazing to see how the youngsters trying really hard to dress-up to "look japanese"... damnit.. you're chinese.. be proud!!..

Sighh... they failed miserably.. as the following picture would answer why...

Super La La Chai!!!.. Look at his hair!.. Ngeh Ngeh Ngeh!!

Nonetheless, I'd enjoyed myself at this place for bout 1.5hours before I left.. and saying this famous quote to myself.. "budak budak zaman sekarang.. Haih....!"

:: Lew Lalio Station ::

It's 98.5FM dubbed the 'FlyFM'... from what I heard, it's a radio channel started up by the infamous FlyGuy. Apparently also it's broadcasted straight from KLIA.. hence the name 'Fly FM'.

Well it's definately an English channel.. was listening to it just a while back for bout' 30mins.. mostly songs, haven't heard anyone (DJ) talking as yet.. Anyway, was hoping to catch flyguy's voice back in action tomm.. :)

It's funny to know that all these years of radio-listening, whenever there's a new station.. they always say "music all day long.. " then along comes the advertisements and verbal-diahrrea DJs which really irritates the hell out of me.. an e.g. is this guy who holds the 'dance hitz' on 104.9 RedFM.. at 8pm till 10pm daily.. He will just suddenly blabber his opinion bout the songs while it was playing and sometimes even cuts the song half short to accomodate his diahrrea. Gawd... Leave the Music alone goddammit!!..

Back to the subject... so we shall see what this station meant what they promised.. "less talk, more music" (is it cause they don't have any adverts yet?... we shall find out..)

Hey this blog sounds like an advert for them... well at least to one or two who bothers to read my crap :) AnyHow they should be payin me royalty fees man..

:: Traffic ::

You know sometimes when you're in the rush and you were hoping to get a clear traffic to your destination its then that you will surely be dissapointed... and the traffic will never be there if you're not in a hurry.. Its sure is ironic...

Here I am having stayed in KL for the many many years of my life... rounding every corner of streets in KL, (spends travelling about > or < 100km/day [feels like a taxi driver]) which brings me to an enlightment about KL traffic scene I'd like to share it with everyone ere..

There's 3 noticeable conditions where you would never ever go towards KL:-
1) When there's a Selangor (its one of M'sia's state that encompass our Kuala Lumpur) public holiday..
2) On a Friday (its not known why KL is terribly Jammmmed on this day)... mostly after 3pm
3) On a rainy day... (yeah.. we all know that)

Any of the days that are mentioned has been proven to have really bad traffic.. IF any of the days mentioned are combined, i.e. It's a Rainy Friday i.e. 15th July!!... the situation would be horrendous.. Let me put the situation into perspective..

I normally takes 15mins from my house to the central of KL; Jalan Bukit Bintang... but on last 15th July (Friday) it took me 1hour and 30mins for me to reach KL despite all the short-cut I took.. damnit

Well.. er.. I'm just imagining what IF all of the three combined.. KL would be... wow.. i can just imagin'

:: Tioman - part triax ::

All in all the whole sand and sea at Tioman has made me lost interest... I was thinking to myself, well.. since I've paid for it.. I'll try my best to enjoy the whole trip.

So, I was on the journey myself.. feeling rather silly (not to mentioned .. i look quite "sad") travelling all alone. The silly feelin' are amplified when I notice there's some gals noticed me (overheard their conversation and giggles). That has bring me to my first mission once I step my foot on this island - "Search for the Singaporeans" - utmost priority! dowanna look S.A.D.

After rounding the island and asking several workers there, I found out they were staying in chalet 'L1' & 'L2' , and they went back already!... Was pretty scared myself cause there's not a mobile signal for Maxis! I'm virtually unreacheable.. and so are they. Decided to ask the front-desk on their room bookings, and was told they [might be them/might not be] (i wasn't sure who booked the room.. thus I gave only some description of them both, am not sure how many pax were they with as well!) still have one day left. Thank GOD!... proly they went out to dive - consulting myself. Which was quite true.. after a short nap, I found them loitering near the scuba-center at bout 430.. bout 3 hours after I arrived. You have no idea how happy I was when I saw them.. at one time I even thought that the whole trip was a mean joke and they were never there..

The rest of the trip was quite fun actually, the next day I went to snorkelling which previously I didn't wanna go ( had bad experience with choppy-water - makes me sick ) but I went instead... since it's included in my 555 package.. Twas quite a nice trip actually, which I made frens with the three girls that were previously giggled at me going to Tioman alone; they saw me with my frens at yesterday's dinner. Guess what?! They're Singaporeans (Lisa, Jun Jiat, Amanda) as well.. Being in my job has helped me to approach people with ease. I even made frens with the boatman, the tour-guide (Allan) and some Swedish tourist (Adina & frens) who were on the same boat with me.

The day went off so quickly, we got back at bout 130pm and right after I was done sun-tanning with some of my new S'poreans frens and Shermae the sky started to darken and pour like krazy.. twas bout 5++ It looks like those 'tsunami video' watching from my chalet towards the sea. Loud wind and Loud drops of water muffling our TV in the room even!.. We stayed in till bout 8, I was hungry but it was still pouring slowly, but no big matter our tummy was controlling our limbs now and in no time we arrived at the restaurant.

Me .. and my burned nose

This is proly the funniest moments (well.. not literally), On our table, we sat down and ordered one vege dish and for me I asked for my dinner (which was included in my package). SLan and Shermae then ask them to cook the seafood (all in all for RM12) which they bought earlier in the day. Finally our table is filled with these dishes:-
1) Two soya braised fish - about the size of a 600ml mineral water bottle for one fish
2) Five flower crabs - each the size of a CD!
3) KaiLan in Oyster sauce - serving size for 3pax
(my package... )
4) A large bowl of soup - serving size for 2pax
5) Sotong with Gulai - size for 2
6) Chicken with some vege - size for 2

All these for 3 of us...excluding our drinks... I feel that many eyes were on our table that dinner.

The next day, I heard that my Swedish frens are going for a 'Discover Scuba' - where they will give you a crash course on how to dive within one hour and brings you out to the sea for a try-out. I was thinking ahh.. wat-tha-hell.. let's see what's so great about diving!... I can tell you, I got hooked!!!!! and it's the best experince in the whole trip..!! Ahh.. am so so so gonna take the bloody license!

I did manage to sqeeze some time since my ferry would be at 12noon and luckily I woke up at 8 as well. It was a great experience where I get a first hand experience on wat it was like, eventhough the water was quite murky, the pressure on my ears was quite unsettling and the sea-current was damn bloody strong. I enjoyed... nuff said. Managed to drag SLan and Shermae along as well.. but they snorkel and I dive..

12noon.. ferry arrives.. and I'm on my way home.. back to civilization, but not before I caught some interesting road-kill travelling back from the Bdn Muadzzam Shah strech towards Kg. Kikir. Total road-kill: Three - 1) A Cattle (damn sad... :~() 2) A Komodo-Dragon 3) A Snake (quite a long one as well...)

A slow and nice drive... back to modernity and pollution, maniac drivers and hectic schedule... ahhhh... my home...

:: Tioman - part deux ::

This was a relatively nice trip, I won't say it's the best I had but it was good enough.. most definately its due to the frens that I was with.. Shermae and SLan. (I refer them as to 'my singaporean' frens) but quite funnily both of them are Malaysian citizenship but staying on the fully-fibre-optic-southern-island... (yeah.. am still jealous of their 6Mbps internet connecktion!!)

Basically, we've planned for this trip for quite sometime already.. supposedly to be Bali, but due to cash constrain and yada yada.. we decided on Tioman instead. For me, it was my first time in going to Tioman as well.. so I thought 'what the heck!' My Singaporean frens are meeting me up on the island cause they will be going there one day earlier for their diving test or something like that.. And I'm to meet up with them when I reached on Sunday the 3rd.

Thought of flyin to the Island.. and the trouble is.. money again.. (checked with Berjaya Air it's MYR400++ for return!) - my accomodation for 3d2n is only MYR555. So I decided on driving... not a bad choice after all. Although I'm alone.. this is NOT the bad thing.. the most fucked up part was I forgotten to bring my camera!!! HOW COULD I!!??.. anyway its a done deal.. have to rely on my vga camera on my O2 then...

The travelling time to Tanjung Gemuk takes about 3.5 hours depending how you drive of course.. My first time going thru those kampung roads with twist n turns took me 3 hours exact! including some mistakes (took the wrong turning)I made during the drive. Yeah.. I was speeding.. very very fast.. I left Sg.Besi Toll @ 9am sharp and reached Tg.Gemuk @ 1155am. - a word of advice.. DO NOT TRY THIS... EVER! - averaging 150km/h.

The route I took was from Sg.Besi Toll - Senawang Toll - Kuala Pilah - Bahau - Kg Kikir - Bdn Muadzzam Shah - Tg. Gemuk. ... Sounds damn secluded eh?.. well IT IS!.. but it's really a very nice drive (xcept at night.. dun try pls) over that 310km of rural roads.. the scenery and all.. its quite the surprised the road is very well maintained. To those Initial D movie lovers.. the road from Senawang to Kuala Pilah.. Looks exactly! and i mean exactly! drafted out from the movie itself.. along with the gutter besides the road with uphill n downhill twists.

Okay, after that agonizing 1+hours in that bloody ferry.. I've arrived to the island.. first thing to notice, it's the sand.. ewww... it's yellow!!! damnit..

to be continued...

:: Tioman ::

Hurahhh...!! I just got back from Tioman!! (Not surprising judging from the title...)

Overall, the trip was quiet a nice one.. ranging from the drive to Tanjung Gemuk, Pahang (it's where one of the jetty is.. the other one is in Mersing) to the island, the people I met, new found frens, new found interest and not forgetting the drive back as well.

The only two thing I regret not bringing are my camera! and my unfinished story book "Digital Fortress" by Dan Brown (author of The Da Vinci's Code).

One thing I found out when I'm there is that there's Lotss n Lotsss of Singaporean in that island!! And just for your information.. I didn't enjoy the beach at all.. sighh.. wat a waste.. It's nothing like Redang.

Am feeling so restless now I'm back in KL... not to mention am freakin' tired (contradicting isn't it) after that 3hours drive and 1 hour ferry ride. But this's exactly how I'm feeling...

3 days 2 nites is really not enuff..

Think I'll story more on this subject tomoloww..
