OK, you've all got blogs, so I'm creating one of my own, to sit, unvisited and unloved, like a forgotten grandparent, collecting dust in some home and, unnoticed... So now that I'm off on the right foot...

:: the night of 8th Dec 2005 ::

Thurday's - 5th day of the week.. I've always liked thursdays, partially its cause make me feel that the weekend is coming so much closer. Somehow recent events has made me think twice about Thursday.. especially if I'm going to Zouk's 'Gettho Heaven' nite.

Last two weeks ago (on a Thurs's Gettho Heaven) I've was lucky to notice the biggest raid in my history of clubbin' (7yrs n still counting...) The whole place was filled with officers ranging from plain clothes undercover, Traffic, CID, Narcotics and yada yada all the way to 'Rela' (volunteer forces). Girls that were tested positive on drugs are handcuffed in the club itself!.. What a sight!

Then comes last Thursday, and I was out wif Justin's group to 'Gettho Heaven' again.. Well, almost certain that nothing would happen as the night went smoothly till the end. Bumped into Steph and Nita on the dancefloor even.. Jess (my new manager..) came around 1am to join me (or maybe she's just checkin' on me!..) with her old classmate fren.

The tall-big-coloured-lenses-doctor took his bottle of Chivas and shared our table.. let's name him Mr.X. Anyway, as we were about to leave the place at around 245am Jess came over and asked me did I see her handbag.. The last thing I remembered was the bag is on the stool at our table. I specifically told her to hold the handbag and dun put it on the stool. Now it's gone..

Since the music was off and lights were turned on, we have to move our way out of the club. In that time I managed to get the floor manager to radio back to security room for any traces (not hoping for any but still wanna try..)

And so happen they did find a ladies bag and along with the theives! Gawd!.. So I followed them into the security room and saw this scared-20odd yrs old-boy-wif-red-cap. There were another guy with him (culprit tat looks like a Taliban fighter.. skinny and full of curly hair n beard) that I can recall was sitting next to my table back in the club. After a few verification before they hand us the bag we went out of the room without putting any charges to them*.

We then went out to the carpark where Mr.X jockeyed his car.. After scouring up and down for his Jockey ticket, he concluded that the jockey guy didn't pass him the ticket when he paid the RM15. Mr.X then started to scream at the poor-jockey guy telling him to 'shut-up'.. Whilst the jockey trying to explain that they can't give the car-key if he doesn't fill in the form with his full name and IC no.

I myself is very displease with his reaction when he suddenly ripped off the form after being handed to him moreover the jockey fella was very calm and polite and this Mr.X screamed for his manager. Cut the story short, the manager came and Mr.X wrote his Name and IC on another piece of paper and was handed the car keys to him. Phew!

During this commotion, there were also lotsa siren noises on the streets outside of Zouk. When I finally say my goodbye to Jess and walked out the locked gate, this is what I saw:-

A total of > 6 < patrol cars on the street of Jln Ampang.. with their sirens and lights blaring. Suddenly, I saw a speeding Kancil being overtook by one of the patrol car and made a steep turn into the Kancil's path.. It was like in the movie where two officers armed with baton step out of the patrol car and shouted at the Kancil's occupants to step-out-of-the-vehicle. 4 male Malay teenager then slowly opened the door with their hands on the head. Wow!.. What happened la??!

Anyway, I couldn't be bothered on what happened anymore and headed for my car that was parked opposite the club. Driving pass them Kancil n Patrol car, I'm quite amaze at what's on the street tonite.. Anymore suprises?

Yeah.. of course there is.. Once I made my right turn into Jln Tun Razak, there were road-block and for the luck of yours truly, I was the only car that was asked to stop at the side for a breathalyzer!. Mutha... !!.. Once somebody have told me that, the chances of you being stopped by a road-block will lessen by more than 50% if you have a chick sitting next to you. So there I was, blowing that stoopid white tube.

I was set free of course.. I'm no drinker (insert evil laughter!) .. am just a clubber
